Thirty days is short, but it is enough — if every day has a job. This plan covers all five MBA sections plus MCA Mathematics, alternates concept and revision, and builds in four full mocks so you walk into the hall calm and paced, not frantic.

Use this for your cycle

The PGCET 2026 exam was held on 14 June 2026. This 30-day plan is built to reuse: count back 30 days from your own exam date and confirm the schedule on the official KEA site (cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea). If KEA shifts the date, extend the revision phase — the structure is modular.

Why this plan works

  • Mapped to the Karnataka syllabus — all five MBA sections (Reasoning, Quant, Verbal, Computer Awareness, GK) plus Mathematics for MCA.
  • Built around a busy life — two 90-minute blocks a day leave room for college or work.
  • Revision loops — a spaced review every sixth day locks concepts in.
  • Full-length mocks — four timed papers rehearse exam-day pressure.

After every mock

Sort your errors into three buckets: concept gap, silly mistake, and time pressure. Fix concept gaps with notes, silly mistakes with slower checking, and time pressure with pacing tweaks.

A simple resource kit

  • A mock portal with four full-length papers and sectional analytics.
  • A hand-written formula book — QA and MCA maths condensed to about 20 pages.
  • A one-page LR patterns sheet.
  • A daily GK digest — a dozen headlines each morning.
  • A printable computer-awareness cheat sheet.

Learn Crew students get all of these as part of the batch.

Exam-hall game plan (MBA & MCA)

  • Attempt order. Reasoning, then Quant, then Verbal, then Computer / GK / Maths — saving your speed sections for the end.
  • Target attempts. Aim high on volume while holding accuracy above about 85 percent.
  • Time splits. Work in 25-minute chunks and reset after every 25 questions.
  • Guess smart. With no negative marking, attempt every question — but leave the doubtful ones for last to avoid clutter.

Quick FAQ

I’m an MCA aspirant — how do I juggle Maths and Reasoning? Give the evening block to Mathematics on alternate days; Reasoning sharpens quickly with short daily puzzles.

Can I clear PGCET with just this 30-day sprint? Yes, if you keep the commitment high — no missed blocks, every mock reviewed, and trust in the process.

What if KEA shifts the exam date? Stay subscribed to KEA alerts and extend the revision phase proportionately. The plan is modular by design.

Your next step

Print the calendar, stick it on your wall, and give each of the 30 days its job. Consistency and a smart strategy are what move a PGCET rank — not last-minute cramming.

PGCET books, e-books and mock tests

The PGCET MBA set and the PGCET MCA set are printed A4 and couriered across India. E-books and the PGCET mock tests with one-year access are on the same store.
