At Learn Crew, we strive to provide top-quality educational programs to our students. If you are not satisfied with how your classes are proceeding, we are here to help. Our refund policy is as follows.
The following terms apply to any courses that you purchase with us.
- Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must not have started attending classes for the program you have enrolled in (for example, our PGCET or MAT coaching).
- Refund Request: To request a refund, please send an email to support@learncrew.org within 7 days of purchase, with your order number and the reason for the refund request. Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 to 5 business days.
- Refund Amount: If your refund request is approved, you will receive a full refund of the program fee, minus any processing fees.
- No Refunds for Programs Already Started: Refunds are not applicable if you have started attending classes for the program you have enrolled in.
- Changes to Policy: Learn Crew reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
- Dispute Resolution: If you have a dispute with Learn Crew regarding a refund, you agree to first contact us at support@learncrew.org and try to resolve the dispute with us informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, you agree to resolve any disputes through arbitration as the sole and exclusive means of legal dispute resolution.
- Time Limit for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be considered.
- Exception to Refund Policy: In certain circumstances, Learn Crew may choose to make an exception to this refund policy. This may include, but is not limited to, instances where the program material is found to be defective or where there has been a significant change to the program content.
