At Learncrew, we strive to provide top-quality educational programs to our students. If you are not satisfied with your class proceedings, we are here to help. Our refund policy is as follows:>

The following terms are applicable for any courses that You purchased with Us.

1. Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must not have started attending classes for the program you have enrolled in (CLAT, IPMAT, MAT, CMAT, CAT, PGCET(MBA/MCA), KMAT, Banking, SSC, RRB, NIMCET).

2. Refund Request: To request a refund, please send an email to support@learncrew.org within 7 days of purchase with your order number and reason for the refund request. Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

3. Refund Amount: If your refund request is approved, you will receive a full refund of the program fee, minus any processing fees.

4. No Refunds for Completed Programs: Refunds are not applicable if you have started attending classes for the program you have enrolled in.

5. Changes to Policy: learncrew.org reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.

6. Dispute Resolution: If you have a dispute with learncrew.org regarding a refund, you agree to first contact us at support@learncrew.org and try to resolve the dispute with us informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, you agree to resolve any disputes through arbitration as the sole and exclusive means of legal dispute resolution.

7. Time Limit for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be considered.

8. Exception to Refund Policy: In certain circumstances, learncrew.org may choose to make an exception to this refund policy. This may include but is not limited to instances where the program material is found to be defective or if there has been a significant change to the program content.
