We offer the following shipping options for physical books purchased through publications.learncrew.org:

1. Standard Shipping:
   • Shipped via India Post with a delivery time of 4 to 5 business days.
   • Shipping charges will apply and are calculated at checkout.
2. Same-Day Shipping:
   • Available for orders placed before 12 PM IST, subject to book availability.
   • Applicable only in select pin codes (additional charges may apply).
3. In-Store Pickup:
   • Customers can opt to collect their books from our designated store.
   • A valid purchase receipt is required for in-store pickups.

2. Shipping Terms

1. No Cash on Delivery (COD):
   • All orders must be prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery for any products.
2. No Free Shipping:
   • Shipping charges will be applied to all orders and displayed at checkout.
3. Festival Season Delays:
   • During festival seasons, shipping timelines may be delayed due to high demand or courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience during such periods.

3. Digital Products

1. eBooks:
   • Delivered instantly via email or a downloadable link upon successful payment.
   • Ensure your registered email is accurate to avoid delivery issues.
2. Recorded Courses:
   • Access to purchased courses on course.learncrew.org is granted immediately after payment confirmation.
   • Login credentials will be sent to your registered email.

4. Order Processing

1. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
2. Delivery timelines are subject to India Post’s operations and may vary slightly during holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship physical books within India only. No international shipping is available.

6. Refund Policy

1. No Refunds on Purchased Materials:
   • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for physical books, eBooks, or recorded courses once purchased.
2. Damaged or Lost Shipments:
   • If a physical book is damaged or lost during transit, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at [support@learncrew.org].
   • Replacements will be provided at our discretion, subject to product availability.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number via email/SMS, enabling you to monitor the shipment’s progress.

8. Shipping Costs

1. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout and depend on the delivery location and shipping option chosen.
