The IBPS PO exam is an annual recruitment exam conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) to select Probationary Officers for various public sector banks in India.
Candidates must be a graduate from a recognized university, aged between 20 to 30 years. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
The IBPS PO selection process consists of three stages: Preliminary Exam, Mains Exam, and the Interview (including a psychometric test for some banks).
The IBPS PO Preliminary Exam consists of three sections: English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. The exam is conducted online and has a total of 100 marks.
Effective preparation involves understanding the exam pattern, practicing with mock tests, studying from recommended books, and staying updated with current affairs.
