Sir, I think this is completely wrong analysis, because the paper was too tough comparing to last 3 year question papers, I think if someone got above 60 will definitely get rank below 65 for MCA

Not exactly, will take at least another month. All colleges have to complete their final semester exams. Only then the process will begin.
